Physical and immunization clinic coming to BJSHS on Monday, May 16, 2022, 2:30 - 5:30 pm. All current and incoming Blackford County Students are welcome to attend. Immunizations will be offered to any student needing the required shots to attend school. IHSSA sports physicals are required for all students participating in athletics and will be done during this clinic for a small fee of $25.00, this must be paid at the time of the visit. Physical and consent forms may be picked up at the Health office from Mrs. Sargent.
