The Health Careers Class Salad Bar will be open for business TODAY, during all three lunch mods! Students can purchase a small salad for $3.00 or a large salad for $5.00. Please note that the salad bar is NOT part of a daily school lunch; it will cost extra to purchase.
BJSHS students will be permitted to decorate their assigned hallways for Homecoming Week on Sunday, Sept. 11th, from 2-5 pm.
(2/2) There will be a Homecoming Dance after Friday's game, in the cafeteria until 11 pm. for high school students only. The cost is $3/per person. No entry to the dance until the game is over! Remember: students can only have 1 "F" per school policy.

The JAG class had a common interest with their special guest yesterday - Blackford Jr.-Sr. High School!
Josh Richardson, a former Blackford County resident and member of the Blackford High School Class of 2001, currently serves as the Workforce Indiana Interim Commissioner. Richardson shared his career journey with students.

We need creative 7th and 8th graders to help decorate the hallway for homecoming on September 11th, from 2-5 pm. The junior high hallway theme is Munchkinland/"Lollipop Guild." If you are interested in helping out, there will be a meeting TODAY during PEAK in the library.
There will be a Quiz Bowl call-out meeting today during PEAK in Mrs. Hundley's room (207). If you cannot attend the meeting, please contact Mrs. Hundley or Mr. McConiga.

(1/2) September 13th is Bruins Kick for a Cure Cancer fundraiser night in support of Fred Hoffman, who has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We want to show that Bruins fight together! Our teams will be wearing purple socks that evening in support as well.
