Rendezvous on the Reserve is a living history experience that celebrates the Blackford County home and trading post of Myaamia (Miami) war chief Francois Godfroy.
A Myaamia village is part of the self-guided tour that also includes the camps of the various trappers, traders, and settlers that made visits to the Godfroy Reserve.
The Friday of the event is Student Education Day with hands-on learning, story telling, and demonstrations.
There is free admission to kids under 12 during the entire event.
This event is organized and presented by the Montpelier, Indiana Historical Society and is a 501-C3 non-profit entity.
There will be a meeting for the "Students in a Pod" podcast after school on Wednesday, September 8th, in the library. For more information, contact Casandra Mounsey or Ms. Bartlett.

(1 of 2) Youth League K-12 registrations will be accepted at Northside Lanes starting Wed., Sept. 1st, during regular bowling hours. The cost of the weekly rate is $7.00, with a sanction fee of $4.00 (due at registration).

1.) Ala-carte will start Tuesday, Sept. 7th
2.) Make sure you have money in your account as NO charging will be allowed.
(2 of 2) The cafeteria is going CASHLESS on Tuesday, Sept. 7th, so no money/checks will be accepted through the lunch line and there is no charging of ala-carte items.
(1 of 2) Students: Starting on Tues., 9/7 you may purchase ala-carte items during lunch if you have money on your lunch account. Remember you must make a deposit into your foodservice account through Skyward Family Access online before 9/7 if you wish to make ala-carte purchases.
